Recognising Excellence
Hidden Gem Award
The Allergan Hidden Gem Award aims to recognise and reward employees who embody Allergan’s spirit of innovation and excellence, and those who serve as an example and inspiration to their fellow employees. They are employees getting the job done and making things happen. “Hidden Gems” are key contributors to Allergan’s business but may not be known outside their facility or region.
Recipients are flown to the Corporate Head Office in Irvine to be presented with their award at the Allergan Quarterly Meeting. The recipient receives a Crystal Gem Award as well as a monetary reward.
Awards for Excellence
Allergan believes it is important to recognise employee contributions that enhance business results. In support of individual and team efforts, employees may be nominated for an Allergan Award for Excellence.
Nominations are submitted by the employee’s Manager or Departmental Head, indicating the employee’s achievements that go above and beyond their normal responsibilities and how they positively impact the business.
In addition to the above, annually every employee nominates which of their colleagues should be recognised in each of the following categories: Super Starter of the Year, Quiet Achiever of the Year, Support Person of the Year, Administrator of the Year, Sales & Marketing Person of the Year and Vice Presidents Award.
Top Sales Representative of the Year
Each year the Sales Representatives with the highest sales achievement within each of our four divisions - Eye Care, Medical Aesthetics, Neurosciences and Health - will be recognised and rewarded as our Top Representative of the Year.
Sales Presidents Club Award
In addition to the Top Representative, those individuals whose achievement significantly contributes to their team’s success will be recognised and rewarded within the exclusive Allergan President’s Club.
