Salary Payments

Allergan aims to pay at a competitive level that will enable us to attract and retain the best and most effective employees. The total worth of your remuneration package includes not only your annual salary, but also a wide range of additional benefits such as superannuation, annual leave loading, allowances, bonus and commission.

Employees have the option of joining a local gym in NSW and take advantage of a heavily discounted membership rate.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all employees and their immediate families. Through the service employees can access professional advice to help cope with life’s difficult issues (eg. family difficulties, relationship issues, coping with the loss of a loved one etc). The EAP offers short-term professional counselling either through face-to-face or telephone counselling. This service is offered by Allergan at no cost to employees.

Paid Parental Leave

Employees may be eligible for paid parental leave of 8 weeks or more when they are the primary care giver, depending upon your length of tenure with the company.

Tertiary Education Support

Allergan encourages employees to gain recognised tertiary qualifications which will benefit the employee in their current position and/or for senior responsibilities within the company. To assist employees do this Allergan will provide financial assistance to the level of up to 50% of tuition fees and recommended textbooks.

Employee Referral Bonus

Allergan’s employees have been a valuable source for locating high quality candidates to fill job openings. Allergan has established an award program for employees who refer applicants. If you refer a candidate for a posted position within Allergan who is hired, and stays for six months, you will receive an award of $1000 gross.
